EASY Spicy Beef Croissant Sliders

Serves 8

1 lb. Concord Farms 100% Grass Fed Ground Beef
8 baked butter croissants
1-2 slices pepper jack cheese, lettuce and tomato for each croissant
4 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons crushed red peppers
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1. Marinate beef with cornstarch and red pepper and black pepper for at least 5 minutes
2. Flat the beef mixture into 8 4-inch oval shaped patties
3. In medium heat, warm up a large flat pan or a wok
4. Pour oil in the pan when the pan is hot. Cook the beef patties, flip a few times to make sure each patty is fully cooked
5. Cut the croissant in half, place 1 beef patty in middle, topped with lettuce, tomato and cheese
6. Serve with honey mustard and ketchup immediately
